Manon Blet lives and works in France, specifically in Bordeaux .Her passion for drawing dates back to her youth. Initially, her inspiration stemmed from the boundless universe of manga and comics. Later on, the classical works of masters such as Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Raphael, Vermeer, and Ingres captured her attention. She was also drawn to the opulence of the Rococo nature and the ornaments of Art Nouveau. These various influences consistently fueled her imagination throughout her creations.

In 2013, she embarked on studies in graphic arts, which she successfully completed in 2016. Painting became therapeutic for her as a young adult, offering a comfortable means of expression despite her timidity and reserve.

In 2019, she had the opportunity to exhibit her first paintings at the "Elles, le temps, les choses" exhibition in Bordeaux. Subsequently, in 2022, she participated in a collective exhibition at the magnificent cultural venue of the Halles des Chartrons in Bordeaux. Then, in 2023, she had the privilege of exhibiting a painting in New York as part of the "Art on Loop" exhibition held in a temporary gallery in Tribeca.

In her paintings, she explores various themes such as happiness, memories, and personal wounds through expressive and enigmatic subjects, whether they are nature, portraits, or symbolic objects. Her works invite reflection and silent contemplation. She mainly uses oil painting, revealing compositions that merge artistic influences and personal journey.
The events depicted in her paintings, whether they are sensory experiences or emotional turmoil, are rarely fully disclosed. The theme of touch is often present through the recurrence of hands, whether they are caressing, carrying, or touching, thus allowing the observer to physically feel the details of the painting. Her art thus becomes a space for play and reflection, akin to a personal diary, offering the public a broader freedom of interpretation of her artistic universe.
