Is it possible to return the artwork?

Yes, you are entitled to return the artwork within 14 days. You must first contact us beforehand.

Is it possible to see the artwork in person?

Even though Artsitellar doesn’t have a physical gallery space, some artworks can be seen in person. Please contact us if you are interested in seeing a specific artwork

Do you provide advisory and consulting services?

Artistellar does offer consulting or art advisory services. Please contact us her (link to let’s talk art’ page) we can provide a tailor made service based on your requests, whether it’s building or expanding your collection, looking for investment or having an interior design project.

Is shipping included in the price of the artwork?

No, shipping is paid extra on the top of the artwork price. For Europe (including Switzerland) and UK, there is fixed fee of £30 and £60 depending on the size of the artwork. For other destination quotes please contact us.

Do you ship worldwide?

We do ship worldwide but we don’t take responsibility for any tax & costumes (please be aware of your country’s regulations). If your address is outside the UK, EU (including Switzerland) please contact us first at info@artistellar.com prior to your purchase.

Does the painting come with authenticity certificate?

Each painting is accompanied by an authenticity certificate issued by Tagsmart www.tagsmart.com.
